By subscribing to and using the IPTV4K.xyz Service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

The Service provides access to over 80 channels in 4K resolution and 2,000 channels in Full HD (FHD) via the IPTV M3U protocol.
The Service does not include Video on Demand (VOD) content.
The Service allows streaming on a maximum of one device at a time per subscription.
The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Subscription and Pricing
Subscription plans are as follows:
Monthly: $7 for 1 month (one-time payment)
Semi-Annual: $25 for 6 months (one-time payment)
Annual: $35 for 12 months (one-time payment)
All payments are processed in advance and are non-refundable, except as outlined in the Refund Policy (Section 6).
We accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit cards, and select cryptocurrencies.
3. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring the security of your access to the Service.
Sharing account credentials or allowing multiple devices to access the Service simultaneously is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
You must provide accurate and complete information during the subscription process.
4. Payment Terms
Subscriptions are one-time payments for the selected plan duration (1 month, 6 months, or 12 months) and do not automatically renew.
Failure to process payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Any price changes will apply to new subscriptions.
5. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
Redistribute, resell, or retransmit the Service or its content.
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or bypass any technical restrictions of the Service.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
6. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 7 days from the date of your payment, provided you have not violated these Terms.

7. Service Availability and Quality
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Service, but we do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free performance due to factors such as internet connectivity, server maintenance, or third-party issues.
Channel availability and quality may vary due to factors beyond our control, including content provider changes or regional restrictions.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove channels at any time without prior notice.
8. Termination
Your access to the Service will automatically expire at the end of your selected subscription period (1 month, 6 months, or 12 months) unless you purchase a new subscription.
You may request early termination of your access by contacting our support team, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period unless covered by the Refund Policy (Section 6).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or notifying you directly.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
